The National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) has sensitised the staff of Federal Polytechnic Ayede, which is located in Ogbomoso zone of Oyo State.
While welcoming the delagation of the authority, the Rector, Engr. Dr. Taofeek Adekunle Abdul-Hameed, stressed the importance of enrolling into NHIA platform.
He said, “All of you are working here at Federal Polytechnic Ayede. It is because of the good health God gives. It is often said that ‘Health is wealth. If wealth is lost, nothing is lost. But if health is lost, everything is lost.
“I want to sincerely thank the medical team of our polytechnic ably led by Mrs Nkechi Aliu for faciliting this laudable platform given to our staff to directly relate with the concerning authorities.”

In his presentation, the leader of the team, Malam Hassan Yusuf, “The NHIA is indeed a laudable initiative and it is vehicle for the drive towards UHC by 2030.
“NHIA is ready and fully committed to protect families from financial Hardship of huge medical bills and easy access to healthcare for all.”
