Dear Esteemed LAUTECH Management,
In the corridors of our beloved institution, amidst the hustle and bustle of academic life, we, the students of LAUTECH, pen this letter with heavy hearts yet hopeful spirits. We write to you not only as scholars but as individuals grappling with the harsh realities of economic hardship that loom large over our academic pursuits.
With each passing day, we find ourselves confronted by challenges that threaten to derail our academic journey. Foremost among them is the relentless absence of electricity, a basic necessity that eludes us all too often in our residential areas. The flickering lights and frequent outages cast a shadow over our study sessions, leaving us struggling to maintain focus and momentum in our quest for knowledge.
Moreover, the soaring cost of living weighs heavily upon us, burdening our shoulders with the weight of financial strain. Many of us find ourselves stretched thin, juggling the demands of academia with the harsh realities of survival. The rising prices of basic necessities such as food, accommodation, and study materials leave us teetering on the edge, our dreams of academic excellence overshadowed by the specter of uncertainty.
As if these challenges were not enough, we are now confronted with the looming specter of examinations in a semester that seems to pass in the blink of an eye. The condensed timeline from March 13 to May 17 offers little respite, leaving us scrambling to cover vast amounts of material amidst the chaos of our circumstances. A lot of us due to financial challenges, and constraints haven’t been able to pay the tuition, and the portal is closed already.
In the face of these daunting challenges, we turn to you, our esteemed leaders and mentors, with a humble yet urgent plea. We beseech you to consider extending the examination period by just one week. In this seemingly small gesture lies the potential to alleviate our burdens and provide us with the precious gift of time—a chance to catch our breath, regroup our thoughts, and approach our examinations with renewed vigor and determination.
We understand the complexities of the situation and the demands placed upon your shoulders, but we implore you to see beyond the confines of bureaucracy and embrace the spirit of compassion and solidarity that binds us together as a community. Your support in this matter would not only ease our immediate struggles but also reaffirm your commitment to our welfare and academic success.
As we await your response with bated breath, we remain steadfast in our resolve to overcome the challenges that lie before us. Together, let us rise above adversity, guided by the light of knowledge and fueled by the unwavering belief in the transformative power of education.
With profound gratitude and hopeful anticipation,
A concerned LAUTECH Student.
