The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Osun State Chapter, has announced that Dr. Rasheed Adebiyi, acting Director of the Centre for Research, Innovation, and Technology and Mass Communication lecturer at Fountain University, Osogbo, will be honoured as the Best Public Relations Lecturer of the Year.
The award, according to a statement by the institution’s Vice Chancellor, Prof. Olayinka Ramota Karim, through the Public Relations Officer, Mr. Taoheed Alimi, recognizes Dr. Adebiyi’s outstanding contributions to public relations, entrepreneurship, knowledge sharing, and administrative excellence.
Prof. Karim further stated, “The award presentation is scheduled to take place on Saturday, February 15, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Conference Hall, Leisure Spring Hotel and Suite, Osogbo.
“We are proud to see one of our own recognized for his exceptional dedication to the field of public relations. Dr. Adebiyi’s commitment to excellence and his influence on his students and colleagues are a reflection of his hard work and passion for public relations.”
“The Osun NIPR Chapter’s recognition of Dr. Adebiyi underscores the institute’s commitment to promoting excellence in public relations and rewarding individuals who exemplify integrity and professionalism.
