This world’s of treasure-bound
Down below the soil-surface some are kept
Those discovered are abused widely daily
But can treasure here save me from ruination?
If my wealth blurs the silver sky and blue moon
My heart eats the sweetest things it desires
Then I grow wings and fly day and night like eagles,
But can treasure here save me from ruination?
If I had satisfied my heart with ‘looks’ and ‘dos’
My nine ribs dashed-out to women from golden land
Then my loins and eyes are of free water for my trash
But can treasure here save me from ruination?
If I was a king(deaf and dumb for that matter),
That my bloody reign rained havoc and fucked up,
Then my fate is hid and sealed like unclaimed glory,
But can treasure here save me from ruination?
Let me be and save my treasure in heaven
Where moths would not freely mock it on the rock
Let me pave ways for my Creator as His creature
To keep my treasure for me where I would use it forever
