A female Mass Communication student of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Happiness Odeh, has been found dead after she was abducted by unknown men.
Miss Odeh was reportedly abducted along Iperu road while on her way to a movie set location at Ipara, Ode-Remo with the consent of her parents.
According to sources, the victim had gone missing since then and was discovered dead a few days later.
The student union government of the institution, while reacting to her death, said, contrary to the speculations, her death was not related to her status as the new Miss MAPOLY.
The student body said she won the award on the August 3 and the movie location she attended had nothing to do with the beauty pageantry on campus.
