The Chief Executive of Ejide Enterprises Nigeria Limited, Alhaji Monsuru Ayoade Ejide, has extended warm greetings to Islamic faithful on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
In his Eid-El-Kabir message released on Friday, Alhaji Ejide, philanthropist, community leader and business mogul, congratulated Muslims on witnessing another Eid-el-Kabir, urging them to embrace the spirit of sacrifice, obedience, and faith as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim, which the festival commemorates.
He said, “Eid-el-Kabir is a season of reflection on the virtues of selflessness, devotion, and trust in Allah. As we celebrate, I enjoin all Muslims to remain steadfast in their prayers for peace, unity, and progress in our nation.”
Alhaji Ejide, a recipient of numerous awards from different organisations, including Flour Mills of Nigeria PLC, emphasized the importance of peaceful coexistence among Nigerians, regardless of religious or ethnic backgrounds, and called for continued support for the government at all levels in the quest to improve national development.
While acknowledging the economic challenges facing the country, the arch leader of the Islamic Brotherhood of Nigeria (ISBON) encouraged Nigerian citizens to remain hopeful and resilient.
“Let us use this festive period to show love to one another, support the needy, and promote the values that strengthen our communities,” he added.
He wished all Muslims a joyous and peaceful Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
