Every December 2 reminds me of the birthday anniversary of a very highly loved personality who could better be described as an angel on earth.
Today, this astute gentleman with a difference, a distinguished personality, Advance Sijiwola Tolulope Obansola Oyadiran, a man whose presence commands admiration and whose character inspires many. Tall, handsome and blessed with a remarkable aura, he was born in the glorious eighties into the reputable Oyadiran family in Osupa area, the first area to enconter the whites in all of Ogbomoso and its environs.
A proud son of Oyasina Compound, Osupa Area, Ogbomoso, Sijuwola stands as a true prince of the Amura Ladokun Royal Dynasty in Oriire Local Government Area, Oyo State. His royal roots reflect in his dignity, depth, and to service to humanity.
God has blessed him with a heart larger than life, a heart that accommodates love, kindness, loyalty and compassion. Hardworking, meticulous and refreshingly unassuming, Advance Sijiwola is known for his blunt sincerity, uncommon bravery and an unmistakable drive for progress. He is a devoted and unapologetic admirer of the Soun of Ogbomosoland, Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye, Orumogege III, and a firm advocate for the continuous development of Ogbomoso land.
He is also a proud younger brother to Dr. Prince Olabayo Oyadiran, the highly respected Chairman of Prestige Paints Nigeria Limited. Through the philanthropic spirit shared with his cherished elder brother, Sijuwola Advance has written his name in gold. Whether quietly or openly, his hands remain open to good causes.
A project manager par excellence, he has successfully handled numerous projects with integrity, precision and outstanding commendations. To many, he is Ekùn Ọkọ Ìyá Ìbejì. To others, Ekùn Baba Ibeji. But to all, he is a man of value, vision and virtue.
