The Ejide Islamic Foundation, in collaboration with the Islamic Brotherhood of Nigeria (ISBON), has announced plans to host the 30th Laylatul Qadr programme in Ogbomoso, Oyo State.
According to an invitation released by the organisers, the spiritual event is scheduled to hold on Ramadan 27, corresponding with March 16, 2026, at the Ejide Central Mosque, Ogbomoso, beginning from 10:00 p.m. till dawn.
The programme, described as a special Laylatul Qadr highlight, will feature the reading of the Holy Qur’an, Islamic lectures and special prayers.
The organisers noted that the annual gathering is aimed at providing Muslims with an opportunity to seek the blessings and rewards associated with Laylatul Qadr, regarded as the Night of Power in the holy month of Ramadan.
Alhaji Waheed Ashifat is listed as the RSVP contact for the event, while sahur meals will be provided for participants.
The foundation urged guests and members of the Muslim community to keep the date and participate in the spiritually uplifting programme.
