To be eligible for admission, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Choose Federal Polytechnic Ayede as their First Choice institution in the 2025/2026 UTME.
2. Achieve a minimum score of 120 marks in the 2025/2026 UTME.
3. Possess five relevant ‘O’ Level credits at not more than two sittings, as stipulated in the JAMB brochure.
4. Ensure that ‘O’ Level results are uploaded on the JAMB CAPS through a JAMB accredited CBT Centre.
5. Awaiting ‘O’ Level results? You can still apply! Just ensure to upload your results promptly once available. How to Apply

Prospective students looking to apply for the full-time programmes can follow these simple steps:

1. Candidates interested in Federal Polytechnic Ayede must first apply for a Change of Institution on the JAMB Portal, selecting Federal Polytechnic Ayede as their First Choice.
2. Following the change, you can visit www.federalpolyayede.edu.ng to purchase and complete the Post-UTME form for a nominal fee of Two Thousand Naira (₦2000.00) only, excluding remita and administrative charges.
3. Ensure you have an active personal email address for all correspondence.

Payment is solely accepted online through the Admission Application Portal.
