Ogbomoso Central LCDA boss takes birthday celebration to Kersey Children’s Home

The Political Head of Ogbomoso Central Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Taofeek Adigun Salawu, yesterday, marked his birthday in a special way by celebrating with the children at Kersey Children’s Home, Ogbomoso.
During the visit, Hon. Salawu distributed various gift items, including biscuits, noodles, and tissue papers, to the children.
He said he derived great joy and fulfillment from spending time with the motherless children and sharing in their happiness.
Speaking during the visit, the council boss expressed appreciation to the management and caregivers of the home for their commitment and compassion in taking good care of the children, describing their efforts as a noble service to humanity.
Hon. Salawu also reaffirmed his readiness to continue supporting initiatives that promote the welfare of orphans and vulnerable children within the community.
The visit ended with prayers, songs of gratitude, and joyful smiles from the children and staff of the home, who appreciated the gesture and wished the council chairman continued success in his service to humanity.
