Oyo Majority Leader commissions seven boreholes, standard toilets in Ogbomoso South

The Majority Leader of the Oyo State House of Assembly and lawmaker representing Ogbomoso South State Constituency, Hon. Sanjo Onaolapo Adedoyin, has commissioned projects, including seven boreholes and standard toilets across wards in the state constituency.
Hon. Adedoyin stressed that the essence of the projects, which also included rehabilition of public facilities, was to provide access to clean water and make life bearable for his constituents.
In Ilogbo Ward, the newly constructed borehole was officially commissioned and handed over to residents of Abede area.
Speaking, Oba Mukaila Adisa Oyedeji, Alabede of Abede expressed deep appreciation to Hon. Adedoyin for his contribution.
In Arowomole Ward, Arada Market precisely, the market women trouped out in large numbers to witness the official commissioning of the rehabilitated public toilet and a borehole where the two projects were handed over to the Onisapa of Isapa Kingdom, Oba Olajide Bolarinwa as the community leader.
The executive Chairman of South Local Government Hon. Oyeniyi Oyedokun Timothy. applauded Hon. Adedoyin for the project, urging the beneficiaries of the facilities to imbibe maintainance culture in managing the projects.
While commending the lawmaker for bringing dividends of democracy, Oba Olajide also appealed for the rehabilitation of the Aarada market road.
In Ibapon Ward, being the biggest in the Ogbomoso South Local Government Area, received four boreholes at different locations: Mikky Area, received by Baba Peaceway; Ajegunle Area, received by Comrade Olatunbosun Ajagbe; Sawmill Adeleke Oja Jango, received by Mr Olabode Laboko; Oke Ola Farm Settlement Owolake, received by Prophet Awodeji Ade Omo Jesu.
Hon. Adedoyin assured residents that he would promptly address any faults reported on the facilities and pledged to deliver more constituency projects in the coming months.
During the ceremonies, former Chairman of Ogbomoso North Local Government Area, Hon. Felix Akande restated that “water is life”, urging them to manage the facilities responsibly to ensure durability.
At Alapata Ward, Naira Motel Area, another borehole was inaugurated and handed over as part of campaign promises kept.
Speaking at the event, another Chairman of the Local Governmemt, Hon. Taiwo Alagbe, described the initiative as evidence that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is a promise-keeping party.
Hon. Alagbe further assured the communities that more development projects are underway. The project was received by Mr Taye Agbede.
Hon. Adedoyin reaffirmed his commitment to grassroots development, emphasizing that his office remains open to community needs while promising continuity in the delivery of people-oriented projects.
Amongst those who were also present at the events were fomer Vice Chairman Ogbomoso South, Hon. Olajide Isaac Adisa; Vice Chairman Ogbomoso South Local Government Hon. Mujidat Abegbe; Kareem, PDP Chairman in Ogbomoso South Local Government, Apostle Moses Olamoyegun; Hon Micheal Oguntoye and political functionaries of Ogbomoso South and all political aides.
