The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has paid a surprise visit to the former governor of Adamawa State, Senator Muhammadu Umaru Jibrilla Bindow, in his Yola residence.
The visit was planned to woo the Adamawa former governor to join him in the coming 2023 elections.
Atiku alongside the governor of Adamawa State, Rt Hon Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, on the visit to the house where the three had a meeting behind closed doors.
During the meeting, it was learned from a confidential source that that Atiku asked Bindow to join him in the PDP for a rebirth of a new Nigeria.
