The Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/Managing Director of LekLaw Global Services Limited, Alhaji Olalekan Muideen Lawal, was among the eminent personalities honoured with traditional chieftaincy titles by the Olufon of Ifon Osun, Orolu Kingdom in Orolu Local Government Area of Osun State, His Royal Majesty, Oba Peter Oluwole Ipadeola, Ilufemiloye Akintooye 111, on Saturday.
The conferement of the chietaincy titles to such deserving icons was part of the coronation ceremony of Oba Ipadeola, the Aremo Obatala of the Universe.
Chief Lawal was honoured with the chieftaincy title of Tayese of Ifon Kingdom as a testament to his diverse contributions to the progress and development of the kingdom.
Alhaji Lawal, popularly called LekLaw, is well known in the society and is the Vice Chairman of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) in the South-West geopolitical zone of Nigeria.
Chief Lawal, an alumnus of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) where he obtained his master’s degree, is a philanthropist.
The event, which took place at the Olufon Palace Court Yard, Ifon Osun, drew many traditional rulers, captains of industry, business moguls, philanthropists, and among many stakeholders of IPMAN across cities and states of Nigeria.
Meanwhile, business partners and friends, particularly the petroleum marketers have congratulated their colleagues whom they described as a pillar of dedication and commitment in the oil and gas sector.
Most of the guests and well wishers underscored the commitment of Chief Lawal as an embodiment of philanthropy and Omoluabi.
Lawal expressed his thankfullness to God and all guests for the show of Love and affection.

Alhaji Kazeem Popoola, the CEO of MafMak Integrated Services Nigeria Ltd, a Prince of Saki, among many others, congratulated Chief Lawal, describing him as a through-bred business man with a large heart and commitment to humanity.
Alhaji Popoola, who is also the Head of Finance Division, Bursary Department, Federal Polytechnic Ayede, Oyo State, noted that the choice of Alhaji Lawal for the venerated Tayese of Ifon Osun Kingdom in Orolu LGA of Osun State will inspire the new chief to contribute more meaningfully to the peace, progress and development of the ancient community.
