The ag Dean of Student Affairs of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Dr Adewusi John Adepoju, has congratulated the institution’s Vice Chancellor, Prof. Rasaq Olatunde Kalilu, on the successful completion of two years in office and the commencement of his third year.
In a congratulatory statement made available to Pan-Nigerian News on Saturday, Dr. Adepoju described Professor Kalilu’s leadership as visionary, purposeful, and transformative, noting that the university has witnessed remarkable progress in academic excellence, infrastructural development, research advancement, and students’ welfare since his assumption of office.
Dr Adepoju commended the Vice Chancellor for his unwavering commitment to sustaining the university’s reputation as one of Nigeria’s leading institutions of higher learning.
He particularly lauded the administration’s efforts toward creating a conducive learning environment, strengthening academic standards, and promoting innovation across various sectors of the university.
He also acknowledged the Vice Chancellor’s student-friendly policies and continuous support for initiatives aimed at enhancing the welfare, development, and overall experience of students within the university community.
“As our leader, Professor Rasaq Olatunde ROM Kalilu begins his third year in office, we celebrate his achievements and commend his dedication to the growth and advancement of LAUTECH.
“His leadership has continued to inspire confidence among staff, students, alumni, and stakeholders,” he said.
The Dean prayed for divine wisdom, good health, and greater accomplishments for the Vice Chancellor as he continues to steer the affairs of the university toward greater heights.
He expressed optimism that under Professor Kalilu’s leadership, LAUTECH would continue to record outstanding achievements and strengthen its position as a globally competitive institution renowned for excellence in teaching, research, and community service.
