“God has blessed Ogbomoso to have Oba Olaoye as the paramount ruler of the land. Since Oba Olaoye ascended the throne of his forebears, the communities have been enjoying widespread d development in different areas, including economy and investment, education, sports, culture and tourism, to mention just a few.”

“You see, God has blessed us to have Oba Olaoye as the Soun of Ogbomosoland. The Carnival, for instance, has strategically put Ogbomoso on the global map. This is great and it will have greater impact on the economic and investment opportunities for the land of Ogbomoso. This is, therefore, a clarion call to all our philanthropists, organisations, international organisations to support the lofty agenda of Oba Olaoye geared towards the development of Ogbomosoland.
“You will also remember that our Kabiesi organised the maiden Ogbomoso Education Summit, maiden Ogbomoso Economic Summit, among others. All of these are of immense benefits to the land,” he said.
