Toluwase Adepoju, popularly known as Omidan Ajoke, a proud indigene of Ogbomoso from Osupa extraction, has emerged Miss Ogbomoso 2025.
Omidan Ajoke clinched the coveted Miss Ogbomosos at a colourful beauty pageant held at the Palace of the Soun of Ogbomosoland on Saturday as part of activities marking the ongoing Ogbomoso Cradles Carnival 2025.

She is a graduate of Theatre Arts, having recently completed her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at the Federal University, Lokoja, Kogi State.
Speaking with Pan-Nigerian News shortly after her victory around 10:00 p.m. yesterday, Omidan Ajoke expressed gratitude to God for the grace and opportunity to emerge victorious.

Omidan Ajoke, who will be decorated and presented with prizes later today, congratulated the people of Ogbomoso, both at home and in the Diaspora, on the successful hosting of the second edition of the Ogbomoso Cradles Carnival, describing the festival as a major platform for projecting the town’s rich cultural heritage to the global stage.
The beauty queen also commended the Soun of Ogbomosoland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Gbandi Afolabi Olaoye, Orumogege III, for initiating and sustaining the Cradles Carnival, noting that the initiative has further placed Ogbomoso on the world map.

She further appreciated the organisers of the beauty pageant and fellow contestants for their dedication, resilience and sportsmanship throughout the competition.
The father of the winner, Mr. Timothy Adepoju, popularly known as Onijesun, showered encomiums on his daughter, describing her victory as a reward for years of zeal, commitment, discipline and brilliance.
“I want to congratulate Toluwase Adepoju, Omidan Ajoke, on her emergence as Miss Ogbomoso 2025.
“Her victory did not come as a surprise. Her solid background in Theatre Arts, coupled with her dedication and training, contributed immensely to this achievement. On behalf of my family and the larger Oginni family, I give thanks to God for this honour.”
Also reacting, the Special Assistant to the Soun of Ogbomosoland on Media and Community Relations, Rev’d Peter Olaleye, congratulated the winner and commended all the contestants for their impressive performances.
According to him, Omidan Ajoke distinguished herself through a high level of competence, confidence and poise.
Meanwhile, Prince Sunday Ayoola Oyebamiji of the Malegbe Ruling House of Osupa, who also witnessed the event, described Omidan Ajoke’s victory as well-deserved.
