A philanthropist, entrepreneur amd politician, Hon. Olufemi Oladokun Onireti, has been appointed as a member of the All Progressives Congress Screening Committee in Bayelsa State.
The develoment, Pan-Nigerian News leant, centres on confidence reposed in him by the leadership of the ruling party at all levels.
Hon. Onireti, who enjoyed wide support from the electorate during the 2023 general election and up till now, is widely regarded as an influential grassroots politician, entrepreneur, and philanthropist known for his commitment to the welfare of the people.
As part of preparations for the party’s screening exercise, Hon. Onireti, alongside other committee members including Engr. Fagbemi Temidayo, paid a courtesy visit to the Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, Peter Akpe.
Over the years, Hon. Onireti has contributed significantly to the upliftment of the poor, the downtrodden, youths, students, and other vulnerable groups through several humanitarian and empowerment initiatives across his constituency and beyond.
