The Acting Dean, Students’ Affairs (DSA) of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Dr. Adewusi John Adepoju, has felicitated the Vice-Chancellor of the institution on the occasion of his birthday.
Dr. Adepoju, an Associate Professor of Organic Chemistry, described the Vice-Chancellor, Professor of Art and Art History, as a visionary academic and administrator whose leadership has continued to contribute significantly to the growth and development of LAUTECH.
He commended the Vice-Chancellor for his commitment to academic excellence, staff and student welfare, as well as the overall advancement of the university.
According to him, the Vice-Chancellor’s birthday provides an opportunity for the university community to appreciate his contributions to the institution and celebrate his accomplishments in the service of humanity.
Adepoju prayed for God’s continued wisdom, sound health, strength and grace for the Vice-Chancellor while wishing him many more years of impactful service and fulfilment.
He also expressed optimism that the Vice-Chancellor would continue to provide purposeful leadership that would further position LAUTECH among leading universities not only in Nigeria but also in the global academic community.
“I warmly wish our Vice-Chancellor a happy birthday. May this new year bring greater accomplishments, wisdom and abundant blessings,” Dr. Adepoju said.
