The Management of Federal Polytechnic Ayede, located in Oyo State has extended heartfelt felicitations to the Muslim faithful in Nigeria and the world at large, including staff and srudents in the Polytechnic Community on the auspicious occasion of this year’s Eid-El-Kabir.
The Rector of the Institutuon, Engr. Dr. Taofeek Adekunle Abdul-Hameed, in a statement by the Polytechnic’s Protocols and Public Relations Officer, Mr. Sunday Adepoju, today, highlighted the significance of Eid-El-Kabir as a time for spiritual reflection, renewal and unity.
He emphasised the values of compassion, love and generosity that define the sacred celebration and encouraged all members of the Polytechnic Community and beyond to embrace these principles.
“The occasion of Eid-El-Kabir holds profound importance for our Muslim brothers and sisters, representing a time of selflessness, devotion, and charity.
“As a community, it is vital that we come together in the spirit of harmony and understanding, celebrating our diversity and shared values,” Abdul-Hameed stated.
The Rector expressed his wishes for a peaceful and joyous Eid celebration, calling on all individuals to embody the spirit of togetherness and mutual respect during this festive period.
He underscored the importance of fostering a culture of unity within the Polytechnic Community, where individuals from different backgrounds come together in a spirit of cooperation and friendship.
