NDC Reps candidate, Dr. Adegbite, donates N2m to Ogbomoso Baptist Conference

The House of Representatives candidate of the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) in the 2027 general elections, Dr. Kunle Samson Adegbite, has donated N2 million to support the 49th Annual Conference of the Ogbomoso Baptist Conference currently holding in Ogbomoso.
The conference, holding at the Beaulah Baptist Centre, Sun-un Sun-un area of Ogbomoso with the theme, “Entering into Newness Through Building a Righteous and Prosperous Nation,” has church leaders, ministers, delegates and members of the Baptist community un attendance.
Adegbite, who expressed his support for the conference as part of his commitment to the work of God, the growth of the Church and the development of a righteous and prosperous society, made the donation to contribute to the success of the gathering and the work of the Church.
Represented by his Director-General, Rotn. Surv. Oladepo John Oladejo, alongside members of his campaign team, Dr. Adegbite conveyed goodwill and warm regards to the leadership, ministers, delegates and members of the Ogbomoso Baptist Conference.
According to Adegbite, building a prosperous nation requires not only purposeful leadership and good governance but also strong moral values, faith, unity, service and commitment to the welfare of the people.
He further noted that religious institutions have an important role to play in promoting righteousness, peace, responsible citizenship and community development.
Adegbite reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives that promote faith, unity, empowerment and sustainable development, while expressing hope that the conference would contribute to building a more righteous, peaceful and prosperous society.
